If for any reason you cannot make a rehearsal or will be late or delayed in arriving, be sure to call and notify Peggy White or Jennifer Nokes.  We need you at all rehearsals that you are scheduled for.  If you know you ahead of time that you cannot be at rehearsal because of  an appointment, be sure that you have notified the director or assistant director IN WRITING with the date you will be gone and why.
