Rehearsal Schedule for May 3rd - 13th

All rehearsals at PA Naval Elks Lodge in the main ballroom unless so noted:

Monday,  May 3,
With Richard. On call is Ali, Ado Annie, Will Parker, Laurey, and Aunt Eller.
 
Tuesday, May 4,
With Kristin.  On call is Will Parker and Ado Annie.

Wednesday, May 5,
With Richard.  On call is Jud, Laurey, Aunt Eller, Ali, Ike Skidmore, and Ado Annie
 
Thursday, May 6,
With Kristin.  On call is Aunt Eller, and Curly (if you are here)
 
Monday May 10,
With Richard.  Everyone in act one is called.
 
Tuesday, May 11,
With Kristin.  On call is Laurey and Curly.

Wednesday, May 12,
With Richard.  Everyone in act two is called.

Thursday, May 13,
With Kristin.  Working on Lonely Room and Poor Jud.  Singers in the two songs are called.

Other Notes:

Please get your footwear as soon as possible, and make sure to check with Nina if you have any questions about your footwear.  Also, check in with Nina if you haven't already.

On Saturday May 8th there is an Irrigation Parade in Sequim at 12 noon.  Nina has costumes for any Ladies, and Richard likely has a costume for you if you are a gent.
Please let us know if you can make it.  You will need footwear of your own for the Parade.  The parade is about 1 hour long and the PALOA truck will start from the parking lot next to JC Penny.

If for any reason you cannot make a rehearsal or will be late or delayed in arriving, be sure to call and notify Peggy White or Jennifer Nokes.  We need you at all rehearsals that you are scheduled for.  If you know you ahead of time that you cannot be at rehearsal because of  an appointment, be sure that you have notified the director or assistant director IN WRITING with the date you will be gone and why.
